Tell it what you need — without describing symptoms: the assistant guides you to the right specialty and the Care profiles in your city. It does not diagnose or recommend treatment. After consent, messages are encrypted and retained for up to 365 days; do not send sensitive health information.

Care won't tell you who the "best doctor" is.
It introduces the physician: who, which specialty, where, and where each fact comes from. "The right physician" means the right specialty for you and verifiable information — not "the best". The decision is yours; informed by facts, not ads or scores.
Rankings cannot be bought. Results are alphabetical by last name and first name after search and location filters. Payment, ratings and visits do not affect order.
No ratings, no review carousel. Star ratings and "satisfaction" quotes mislead when choosing a physician and are restricted under Turkish health advertising rules. Care focuses on identity and expertise.
No symptom-to-doctor matching. Care does not diagnose or recommend treatment. It helps you find the right specialty; the rest belongs to the physician.
Reviewed, verified and self-declared — separated. Every profile states which fields were verified against the DoktorClub membership record, which passed the specialty/city review, and which are the physician's own declaration.

Common questions
Can I book an appointment through Care?
No. Care is not a booking system. Each profile shows the contact channel the physician published (institution, phone, WhatsApp, website); you book there directly.
What does the "Specialty and city mapping reviewed" marker mean?
That the specialty and city the physician declared were reviewed against the DoktorClub record. It is not an identity, licence or clinical-quality approval. Each profile field is marked separately: "verified" means confirmed against the DoktorClub membership record; "declared" means entered by the physician (institution, education, languages).
Why are there no ratings or reviews?
Ratings and satisfaction quotes mislead when choosing a physician and are restricted under Turkish health advertising regulation. Care focuses on identity, expertise and verified facts.
How is the order decided? Do paying physicians rank higher?
After search and location filters, results are alphabetical by last name and first name, with profile ID as a stable tie-breaker. Ratings, visits and payments do not affect ordering.
Why are there few physicians in my specialty?
Care lists only profiles with publication enabled inside the platform’s reviewed scope. The specialty page shows how many physicians the DoktorClub network has; active profiles grow as physicians join.
Does Care collect my health data?
Browsing needs no account. After your consent, assistant messages are encrypted and retained for up to 365 days and may contain health data. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information. External AI requires a separate choice and safety checks.
Is Care a medical tourism agency?
No. Care does not sell hotels, transfers, interpreters or treatment packages and does not quote prices on behalf of physicians. For international users it only introduces the physician and enables direct contact.
