How DoktorClub Care earns trust
Trust in healthcare must come from visible evidence and clear limits—not from a badge, ranking, or marketing claim. This page explains the current preview contract.

What the current review marker means
For the current reviewed preview cohort, an editor checked the published specialty and city mapping. Additional clinic fields or professional records appear only with item-level source, reviewer, review date and expiry. The marker does not verify identity, licence status, unlisted qualifications, clinic authorization, clinical quality, services, pricing, availability, or outcomes.
Profile ownership is a separate control
A physician may claim a profile through the DoktorClub physician account flow. Claiming controls profile stewardship; it is not a clinical endorsement and does not expand the review marker.
Search and ordering
After search and location filters, results are alphabetical by last name and first name, with profile ID as a stable tie-breaker. Payment, ratings and visits do not affect order. Free-text interests are physician declarations, not official specialties.
Reviews are experiences, not evidence of outcome
Public review submission and rating displays are not enabled. Existing historical records do not imply a current review feature or a quality guarantee.
Appointment and chat boundaries
Care appointment forms are paused; WhatsApp and telephone links contact the physician or institution directly. Visitors are instructed not to submit symptoms, diagnoses, test results, records, identity numbers, or other sensitive data. The assistant encrypts consented messages for up to 365 days. External AI requires a separate choice and safety checks; its availability is shown by the service.
Corrections and challenges
Physicians, clinics, patients, and rights holders can request a correction or challenge a published item through DoktorClub contact channels. Requests must identify the page and the disputed field; medical records should not be sent.
Health-tourism boundary
DoktorClub Care does not currently display a facility-authorization badge, treatment recommendation, price guarantee, outcome claim, or travel/insurance endorsement. Services and authorization must be confirmed directly with the clinic and relevant authorities.
AI and search-engine status
Policy: citation open, training closed. Pages carry no noai/noimageai restriction; search and answer engines may quote Care WITH ATTRIBUTION. Crawlers that collect data solely for model training are blocked in robots.txt — physician data is published for visibility, not for model training. The policy is published in full at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt.

The trust standard
A field should be public only when its source, reviewer, review date, expiry rule, correction path and accountable owner are known. Anything weaker should be labeled unverified, omitted, or kept private.
